赵明福民主促进会呼吁昌明政府兑现诺言尽快依据上诉庭判词重启赵明福命案的调查，切勿等到涉案的反贪会高官退休，才对该扣留所死亡案件展开调查。
多家媒体报导，目前的反贪会总部高级调查主任，也是当年负责领导调查欧阳捍华案件却导致赵明福被人致死于扣留所的前雪州反贪会调查主任希山慕丁哈欣即将于近期退休。
岁月不待人。赵明福命案已经进入15周年，赵家父母已垂垂老矣，赵明福遗腹子已成了中学生，当年的反贪会职员不断升迁后竟然不受任何惩罚就可安然退休，天理何在？
我们呼吁当年所有高喊还赵明福公道的政治人物，向首相安华和内政部长赛夫丁表达尽速调查和缉拿真凶的迫切性。
既然政府已对殴打聋哑司机的柔佛王室护卫和彭亨王族成员展开调查和提控，为何迟迟不敢调查反贪会高级调查主任希山慕丁哈欣？难道反贪会职员的地位即高于王室也高于法治？
天子犯法应与庶民同罪，知法犯法罪加一等，我们希望昌明大马不负赵家，不负众望！

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐂 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐚𝐰?
Teoh Beng Hock Association for Democratic Advancement calls on the Madani government to fulfill its promise to reopen the investigation into Teoh Beng Hock’s murder case as soon as possible in accordance with the Court of Appeal’s judgment, and not wait until the MACC senior officials involved in the case retire before launching an investigation into the custodial death case.
According to multiple media reports, the current senior investigation director of the MACC headquarters, and the former Selangor MACC investigation director Hishamuddin Hashim, who was responsible for leading the investigation into the Ean Yong Hian Wah case that led to Teoh Beng Hock’s death in the headquarter of Selangor MACC, is about to retire soon.
Time waits for no one. It has been 15 years since Teoh Beng Hock’s death. Teoh’s parents are getting old, and Teoh Beng Hock’s posthumous son is now a secondary school student. The MACC staff at that time were promoted continuously and were able to retire peacefully without any punishment. Where is justice?
We call on all the politicians who shouted for justice for Teoh Beng Hock at that time to remind Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution the urgency of investigating and arresting the real culprit as soon as possible.
Since the government has already launched an investigation and charged the guard of Johor royal family member who beat the deaf-mute driver and a member of the Pahang royal family for assaulting an ordinary citizen, why is it still not daring to investigate MACC senior investigation director Hishamuddin Hashim? Is the status of MACC officer higher than the monarchy and the rule of law?
Whoever breaks the law should be punished, regardless of his or her social status. Enforcement officers who know the law and breaking it is a heavier crime. We hope that Madani Malaysia will live up to the expectations of the Teoh family and the people!
