对社会运动而言，最困难的莫过于不断唤起民众对于不公不义事件的关注，倡议改革制度以避免执法机关再次重蹈覆辙侵犯人权。”
记忆即是反抗:人权艺术展 @柔佛，由赵明福民主基金会，柔南黄色行动小组和沙威文创社主办，目的是要唤醒社会对生命权与扣留所安全的关注。共24位艺术爱好者参与这个别具意义的活动，以不同方式呈现赵明福与扣留所死亡事件，呼唤民众以铭记赵明福与其它扣留所命案的方式，作为反抗不公不义侵犯人权的行为。
主办单位从即日起将进行 《警察叔叔做错事了……》绘本故事创作征文活动，欢迎投稿，详情已在本活动贴文中。
记忆即是反抗:人权艺术展于16/9/16早上十点开始至18/9/16傍晚五点结束。三天展出期间每日下午三点主办单位会筛选适合的绘本创作做为故事题材由叔叔阿姨呈现给小朋友。诚邀家长们带孩子参与活动。入场免费！

“Remembrance as Resistance : Human Rights Art Exhibition” is one of the main events of the 7th Anniversary of the Passing of Teoh Beng Hock. Twenty four artists have participated in the exhibition to present their art works in different forms in remembrance of the late Teoh Beng Hock and other victims of custodial death.
The objective is to create awareness on human rights violations in Malaysia, as well as to educate member of public regarding their rights under custody.
The Art Exhibition will be held at : S65 Jalan Kelapa Sawit 3 Kelapa Sawit, 81300, Kulai Johor.
